ASHRAE BC welcomes ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer, Mark Fly to our April meeting. To invent, innovate and discover new concepts, processes or products we must push the boundaries of our knowledge and experience past where we are today. This presentation will draw on successful figures to know difference between acceptable and unacceptable failure, how failure leads to success, how to “make your own luck”. Understand learning from others mistakes can make us more successful.
Mark Fly has over 40 years experience as a consultant, contractor and manufacturer in the HVAC Industry. He is the Engineering director at the AAON laboratory in Tulsa Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics from Missouri State and is a professional engineer in several states. He is an ASHRAE Fellow as well as being honored with distinguished and exceptional service awards. Is active on numerous Technical committees, has served as a Director at Large.
